Expanded Services and Opportunities Available for Barracuda Phone System Resellers

CAMPBELL, Calif., Oct. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Barracuda Networks, Inc. (NYSE: CUDA) today announced a joint effort with RingCentral, Inc. (NYSE: RNG) to offer Barracuda Phone System resellers an expanded portfolio of cloud services and an easy path to transition their existing customers to a cloud-based telephony communications solution.

In July, Barracuda announced the end of life for Barracuda Phone System as part of the company's efforts to focus resources on its core products and markets. With RingCentral offerings, resellers can expand their communications capabilities with voice, video, messaging, conferencing, fax, collaboration and integrations with other enterprise cloud solutions.
